Some staff were a bit aloof but Nick was kind, helpful and made our entire experience enjoyable. Thank you Nick! We would be back for his hospitality alone. Rooms are VERY clean (how does housekeeping make the beds look sooo crisp?)

. Room cleaning was slow to be completed each day but was good when done . Reception staff were great & really helpful . Pool area on roof top was good . Good location for getting around Hollywood. Comfortable bedding and fabulous big screen TV

This beautiful boutique hotel is exceptional in every way. Upon first arrival you are greeted by a friendly doorman who escorts you to the main desk. The entryway is stunning; original pottery, artwork and fireplace creates ambience while cool music is upbeat and sets the vibe. It is “hip, fly, lit,” all of the above, as a diverse generation of guest gather to appreciate the given art of luxury experienced here. Nothing is atypical. Location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to Hollywood Boulevard, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. After a long flight from Australia our room was ready. The lovely man at reception gave us a room away from any music etc. Bed comfy. Room was very clean. It was overall a comfortable stay.

The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of a lively and vibrant area, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The hotel itself is incredibly modern, with stylish decor and a fresh atmosphere. My room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the best of West Hollywood!
